My name is Andreas Andreou

I was born in Chania-Crete in September 1976. I graduated from Charles University in Prague in June 2001. In September 2003 I qualified with a Master of Science degree in Prosthetic Dentistry awarded by the United Medical and Dental Schools of Guys and St Thomas of London (Kings College). I have worked in the General Hospital of Chania until April 2005. From May of the same year I started my own private dental practice in Maleme-Platanias, Chania. I am fluent in English.

Painless Treatment
Fillings

Teeth can be filled with gold, porcelain, silver amalgam or tooth-colored, plastic and glass materials called composite resin fillings. The location and extent of the decay, cost of filling material and my recommendation assist in determining the type of filling that will best address and suits your needs.

Twice per Year
Cleaning

With the small mirror to guide them, I use a scaler to get rid of plaque, tartar and stones around your gum line, as well as in between your teeth. You'll hear scraping, but this is normal. The more tartar there is in your mouth, the more time I will need to scrape a particular spot. This prodedure is pain-free.

Root Canal Treatment

Root canal treatment is designed to eliminate bacteria from the infected root canal, prevent reinfection of the tooth and save the natural tooth. When one undergoes a root canal, the inflamed or infected pulp is removed and the inside of the tooth is carefully cleaned and disinfected, then filled and sealed.
